Systems Analyst - Dynamics 365 - Finance and Operations Salary up to $175,000 total based on location, experience and skills We would prefer the person in the Denver area, but open to remote Up to 20% travel - Colorado, Canada and New York Responsibilities • Configure, customize, manage, upgrade and troubleshoot, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations online platform as well as plugins. • Ability to develop and maintain commonly used modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. • Ability to maintain plugins such as Solver BI360 online, SKG Bank Fabric, Medius AP Automation and Medius Expensya. • Provide day-to-day end user support for the entire Microsoft D365 platform including plugins. • Coordinate upgrades, develop test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and provide post update support. • Configure, customize, manage, upgrade and troubleshoot, Microsoft Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft PowerBI. • Perform SQL Server and SQL PaaS installation, maintenance and administration. • Development with Microsoft programming and markup languages such as C#, C++, Python, PowerShell, XML. • Configure, upgrade and maintain custom software applications. • Train users in the use of Dynamics 365, related plugins and other financial applications. • Travel to offsite user locations to provide the above support. • Work with IT management to review IT requirements. • Work with IT Department in NYC to ensure high availability of IT environment. • Work on special projects or assignments as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree is required in engineering, accounting or other technical areas. • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Online support and maintenance. • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Power Platform is a requirement. • Experience with Solver BI360 online, SKG Bank Fabric, Medius AP Automation, Medius Expensya and SQL is preferred. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office 365, EntraID is a plus. • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Highly professional demeanor, strong work ethic and solid verbal communication skills. • Ability to work on tasks independently.
