Job Title: Strategic Sales Account Director - Power Semiconductor Location: Remote - San Jose area preferred Compensation: $200K - $250K base DOE plus bonus and RSUs Requirement: 10+ years of Power Semiconductor Sales experience, Strategic Accounts, GaN, SiC, Key Account Management, Revenue Growth Position Overview The Strategic Accounts Sales Director for Power Semiconductor will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with Tier-1 accounts in the power semiconductor sector. This role focuses on leveraging advanced knowledge of GaN, SiC, and power electronics to create value-based selling strategies that meet the unique needs of key accounts. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the power semiconductor market • Manage and nurture relationships with Tier-1 accounts • Lead negotiations and closing of key contracts • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to align product offerings with customer needs • Identify market trends and customer requirements to inform product development • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team in the power semiconductor domain • Implement value-based selling techniques to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on power semiconductors and key account management • Proven track record of success in managing Tier-1 accounts • Strong understanding of GaN, SiC, and power electronics technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Experience in value-based selling and strategic accounts management Benefits • Medical/Dental/Vision benefits • Vacation/PTO • 401K • Equity Compensation (RSUs) • Personal Performance Bonus • Company Performance Bonus Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
