Licensed Geologist - Senior Project Manager - Leadership Location: Vancouver, WA Type: Full-Time/Hybrid (onsite with flexibility for remote work) Are you a Licensed Geologist (L.G.) with a passion for subsurface environmental consulting and a talent for leading complex projects? We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee a small team of professionals and drive complex environmental projects across the Pacific Northwest. What You'll Do • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of environmental professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence. • Project Oversight: Direct subsurface investigations, site assessments, and remediation efforts from start to finish. • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust and delivering tailored solutions. • Regulatory Navigation: Ensure compliance with Washington and Oregon environmental regulations, guiding projects through complex requirements. • Remediation Strategy: Design and implement innovative, cost-effective remediation plans using cutting-edge technologies. • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of persuasive proposals that highlight team strengths and technical expertise. • QA/QC Management: Uphold rigorous quality standards across all deliverables. • Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety in both field and office operations. • Business Development: Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
