Our company, which was founded in 1949, is renowned for its workmanship and trust-based connections. From its beginnings in Salem, Oregon, we have expanded the business to operate in North Dakota, Washington, Montana, California, and Alaska. Position Overview The Sr. Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and driving project initiatives from the ground up in a commercial environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and own multiple construction projects from inception to completion. • Train and mentor project teams. • Develop project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and estimating costs. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction. • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, detailing status, risks, and changes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from the ground up with knowledge of MEP trades. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
