Solutions Analyst - Technology Delivery Management Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Solutions Analyst to join our Technology Delivery Management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs, ensuring effective integration of various systems and processes. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for technology delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ETL processes for data integration. • Develop and maintain APIs for seamless communication between systems. • Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration on coding projects. • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and support decision-making. • Write scripts and develop applications using JavaScript and C# to enhance system functionalities. • Assist in managing OneDrive and SharePoint environments to ensure efficient document management. • Query and manipulate data in SQL to support data analysis and reporting requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge and experience with ETL processes. • Familiarity with API development and integration. • Proficient in using GitHub for version control. • Experience with Power BI for data visualization. • Solid programming skills in JavaScript and C#. • Understanding of OneDrive and SharePoint functionalities. • Strong SQL skills for data querying and management.
