Service Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of boilers and steam systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing various types of boilers and ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair boilers and steam systems. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler fittings and related equipment. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with steam boilers and provide effective solutions. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all servicing tasks. • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in boiler and steam system maintenance. • Strong knowledge of boiler systems, steam systems, and related fittings. • Certifications related to boiler operation and maintenance are a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
