Position Overview The Senior Strategic Advisor will play a crucial role in guiding our strategic initiatives and ensuring that we align our business objectives with market opportunities. This position involves providing expert advice, developing strategies for growth, and leading key projects that drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert advisory services to senior management on strategic direction and business development initiatives. • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. • Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and gather insights that inform strategic decisions. • Manage risk by evaluating potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies. • Perform financial analysis to assess the viability of proposed projects and initiatives. • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful implementation of strategic initiatives. • Foster a culture of leadership and team building to enhance organizational performance. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients to support strategic objectives. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. • Drive change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during strategic shifts. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in advisory services or strategic consulting roles. • Demonstrated experience in business development and market analysis. • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. • Strong understanding of risk management and financial analysis principles. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in change management and performance optimization practices.
