Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Project Manager with expertise in DSA and K-12 educational projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects while ensuring they meet quality standards and stay within budget. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage K-12 education projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to DSA regulations. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project proposals and budgets. • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. • Ensure compliance with AIA and LEED AP standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and clients to align on project goals and expectations. • Prepare and present project updates and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the K-12 education sector. • Strong knowledge of DSA regulations and processes. • Experience with budget management, cost estimating, and financial forecasting. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • NCARB certification is a plus. • AIA and LEED AP credentials are highly desirable.
