Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to lead and manage educational projects in accordance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Lead project teams in the successful execution of educational projects from inception to completion. • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and communicated effectively. • Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders. • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Review and approve project budgets and ensure compliance with financial constraints. • Utilize Revit and other design software for project development and visualization. • Ensure compliance with DSA and other regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in educational facilities. • Proven experience with DSA processes and regulations. • AIA and NCARB certifications are highly desirable. • Strong proficiency in Revit and other project management software. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
