Senior Project Manager Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering For this position we are open to candidates that may be relocating. Open to a Project Manager candidate as well with targeted compensation at $120-135K. Position Overview The Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering will oversee and lead complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires expertise in civil design and project management, with a focus on infrastructure development and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities • Manage and lead civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. • Conduct civil design and engineering tasks, including grading and site design. • Oversee project scheduling and budgeting activities to ensure efficient resource allocation. • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any concerns. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Perform site analysis and feasibility reports to inform project decisions. • Mentor junior engineers and project team members, fostering professional development. • Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project phases. • Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required, or ability to obtain via reciprocity if relocating. • 8+ years of experience in civil engineering project management. • Proficiency in civil design software, including Civil 3D. • Experience in public AND/OR private sector projects. • Experience with land development AND/OR municipal projects. • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. • Experience in managing municipal construction and land development projects. • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
