Senior Project Manager We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact industrial projects across the Southeastern and Northeastern U.S. As we expand our footprint in New Jersey, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex industrial builds-from manufacturing facilities to logistics hubs-with precision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Role Overview: The Project Manager will oversee all phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across fast-paced job sites. Key Responsibilities: • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of industrial construction projects. • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. • Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control. • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership. • Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects. • Proven track record of delivering projects in manufacturing, warehousing, or heavy infrastructure. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
