Senior Litigation Attorney/ Litigation Partner Senior Litigation Attorney / Litigation Partner Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney / Litigation Partner to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in business litigation, and will be responsible for managing complex cases, advising clients, and leading a team of junior attorneys. Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all phases of litigation for business-related cases • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies • Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks • Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings • Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business litigation • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills • Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior attorneys • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision - 401(k) - Origination Bonus - Annualized Performance Bonus - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
