Position Overview The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee and manage electrical projects within the construction sector, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, particularly in data centers, industrial settings, warehouses, manufacturing, and renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple electrical construction projects from inception to completion. • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. • Utilize Bluebeam and Procore software for project documentation and tracking. • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success. • Conduct regular site visits to oversee work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management in construction. • Proven experience with electrical systems in data centers, industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing environments. • Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and projects. • Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam and Procore. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Professional certification (PMP, PE) is a plus.
