Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Location: FULLY REMOTE! We're currently hiring a Sr. Full-Stack Developer to architect, build, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications-primarily using WordPress/Drupal, PHP, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The role spans the full software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, UX design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Candidates must be fluent in cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), CI/CD pipelines, application security, and responsive design, with strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and stakeholders. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using WordPress, Drupal, PHP, and modern JavaScript frameworks • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technical leads • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, perform unit, integration, and regression testing, and ensure high-quality deployments • Administer AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux systems to maintain performance, scalability, and uptime • Implement secure authentication, mitigate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with ADA, PCI, GDPR, and other standards • Model and analyze data using MongoDB, MySQL, and other modern databases to support application functionality • Apply UX and responsive design principles to create accessible, user-friendly interfaces • Integrate APIs and backend services to ensure smooth data flow across systems • Evaluate new technologies and tools, contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement • Collaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders What You're Looking For • 7+ years of Full-Stack Development experience • Expertise with NextJS v14 (or newer) • Creation of routes, components, and services from scratch • Knowledge of NextJS "cache" • CICD for NextJS • Tailwind CSS • WordPress • Custom plugins (from scratch) • Custom themes • Good understanding of REST API creation, as well as usage of 3rd party APIs • Can debug a WordPress site as needed, to find an issue/bug within the site. • Experience with WordPress hosting providers (WP Engine, etc) • The ability to work with MULTIPLE TECH STACKS • Some days might be WordPress/PHP centric, other days might be 100% NextJS, and other days might be data crunching, querying, and analysis What's In It For You • $130k-170k + 10% annual bonus (target) • 401k w/ 4% match • 35 total days of PTO, sick time and paid holidays! • Annual merit based salary increases • Wellness program Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
