We have raised $7 million in financing from multi-billion dollar real estate groups and families such as LeFrak and Milstein in addition to various top VC funds who seed invested in Uber, AirBnB, Lyft, Wish, Hello Fresh, Zalando, Ring, Anduril, and others. Our co-founders are successful serial entrepreneurs. One of our founders was the founding partner at Sway Ventures and transacted over $1 billion throughout his merchant banking career! The other was the co-founder, CTO of Addepar ($2+ trillion on their platform) and co-founder, CTO of Dynasty (acquired by Appfolio). Other team members include early engineers or executives at Amazon and Robinhood. We have multiple years of runway & tons of inbound investor interest. We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who can own AWS and Kubernetes in a security-critical, audit-heavy environment, design long-term cloud architecture, and harden systems without slowing product teams down. Key Responsibilities • Own security and infrastructure decisions across AWS and Kubernetes • Harden and evolve our cloud environments, including networking, IAM, WAFs, AMI strategy, and DNS controls • Remediate real vulnerabilities surfaced by tools like AWS Inspector while filtering noise and documenting risk acceptance when appropriate • Support and maintain SOC 2 compliance while ensuring architectural optionality for future regimes like FedRAMP • Lead infrastructure design docs for 1-3 year horizons, including compute strategy and environment isolation • Enable secure-by-default workflows through automation, templates, and CI/CD guardrails Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience + at least 3 years of DevOps • Deep working knowledge of Kubernetes, EC2, networking, IAM, and core cloud-security primitives • Ability to reason clearly about concurrency, isolation, and failure modes in distributed systems • Proven skill in debugging live infrastructure and security issues across cloud and containerized environments • Proficiency writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or OpenTofu) and building automation/operational tooling • Ability to design long-term, durable infrastructure with strong architectural judgment • Comfortable operating with high ownership, ambiguity, and startup-level autonomy Bonus Skills • Experience maintaining SOC 2 and preparing for frameworks like FedRAMP • Background hardening cloud environments: WAFs, AMI strategy, DNS controls, network isolation • Experience remediating vulnerabilities using tools like AWS Inspector • Ability to create secure-by-default guardrails in CI/CD and developer workflows • Strong architectural writing skills (design docs, tradeoff analysis)
