They are seeking a Senior Associate Family Law Litigation Attorney to manage complex family law litigation cases, providing outstanding client outcomes while collaborating with a dedicated team. Responsibilities • Manage and litigate complex family law cases, including high-asset divorces and related disputes. • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision and strategic insight. • Collaborate with a team of specialists, including discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs, to develop case strategies. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and tailored legal solutions. • Stay current on family law developments through firm-provided MCLE courses and external educational opportunities. Skills • Prior experience in family law litigation strongly preferred. • Passion for family law and a commitment to excellence in practice. • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team. • Availability to work in-office in San Diego for the initial two-week training period.
