They have a strong focus in eCommerce. Their services include content marketing, SEO, email marketing, website design and development, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing and paid media. Due to growth, they are currently hiring a Performance Media Manager Benefits And Highlights • Salary ($100k-$120k) • 100% Remote • Benefits / PTO • 401k • Stable and growing company What You Will Be Doing Strategy & Execution • Own full-funnel paid media strategy and deployment for client accounts across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels. • Lead campaign planning, build, optimization, and budget management across platforms. • Use data to continuously analyze performance and drive decision-making that improves Contribution Margin. • Identify trends, formulate hypotheses, and run multivariate tests to improve creative and audience performance. • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable strategy for both internal teams and clients. Client Leadership • Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for paid media with key clients. • Clearly communicate strategy, performance, and insights to clients on a weekly/monthly basis. • Proactively bring recommendations to clients, backed by data and trends. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with account managers, creative, and analytics teams to align paid media with broader marketing objectives. • Guide creative direction based on performance data-partner with design/copy teams to brief and refine ad assets. What You Need For This Position • 4+ years of experience in performance media buying, with a heavy focus on Meta and Google. • Proven ability to manage millions in media spend across multiple clients. • Deep understanding of eCommerce Incrementality and KPIs including Contribution Margin, CAC, LTV: CAC, ROAS. Hyper familiar with daily and weekly incrementality and incrementality testing. • Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta), with additional experience in Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube preferred. • Client-facing • Agency experience is strongly preferred. • Proficient in analytics platforms (GA4, Northbeam, Triple Whale, etc.). • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
