Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled National Operations Manager to oversee high performance flooring operations across the country. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence and driving growth in the epoxy and resinous flooring segment, focusing on project and operations management. Responsibilities • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in high performance flooring installations. • Manage and oversee the installation network for epoxy and resinous flooring projects on a national scale. • Collaborate with project managers and account executives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of flooring installations. • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational goals. • Provide training and support to installation teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. • Liaise with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align operations with business objectives. Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of epoxy and resinous flooring systems and installation processes. • Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
