Qualifications • JD from an accredited law school • Good standing Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction/state • 10+ years of legal expertise • Portable book of business of $750K+ • Open to books of business specialized in Corporate, Trust and Estate, Tax, etc (and other such "big firm" practices) • excluding immigration and criminal law Current Legal Services Include • Patents, copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, licensing, and litigation counseling • Corporate mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and asset protection, securities litigation and enforcement • Class and mass action litigation, finance and real estate, and tax • Government and internal investigations, and commercial litigation Benefits • $200-350k base draw (depends on a variety of factors; book value; profitability etc) • Remote anywhere in the US • 401K (Charles Schwab - no match) • Health Care Plans access • Malpractice Liability Insurance • Keep strong % of book's revenue • Laptops provided (all equipment needed for a remote work) Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
