Permanently 100% Remote, Must be East Coast Job Title: Remote IT Support - $70-$90k (Internal, Security) Salary: $70-$90k Base + Benefits, 401k Requirements: SaaS, Support Internal Employees + Some Security Tools Like SOC, Vanta Based in beautiful Providence, RI, we offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors. Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales. Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience: • Support internal employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN • Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta • SaaS experience strongly preferred This role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs. We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position. For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus! Also - we're big on promoting people from within. We have several employees that have started their career in similar positions and have been promoted into other positions.
