Position Overview As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding our footprint in existing accounts. You will leverage your expertise in business development and your understanding of web accessibility and DevOps to meet and exceed sales quotas and achieve recognition in our Presidents Club. Compensation: $125k - $150k base / $250k - $300k OTE Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in targeted organizations • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospective clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of new clients • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company offerings and establish thought leadership • Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market trends Qualifications • Proven track record as an Account Executive in the enterprise sales space • Strong hunter mentality with experience in business development and acquiring new logos • In-depth understanding of web accessibility, DevOps, and/or software testing • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Benefits • Fully REMOTE! • 5 weeks PTO • 12 Paid Holidays • Medical (100% of employee/children, 89% of spouse or 74% of family plan) • Dental • Vision • 401k • and more!
