Permanently 100% Remote Job Title: Remote Engineering Manager - $170-$210k (Platform and Reliability) Salary: $170-$210k Base + Equity, Benefits, 401k, PTO Requirements: Payment Processing, DevOps, SRE, Platform Our Tech Stack: .NET, C#, React, Multiple Cloud Environments, Terraform We are a high-growth payments infrastructure and monetization platform. We help software companies make payments via a a developer friendly API. We have been in business for 6 years, have 85 employees, and are series B funded for $20MM. Due to growth, we're hiring an Engineering Manager (Platform and Reliability) with the following experience: • Payment processing experience • Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and observability tools • Experience with highly available, production-scale systems • Experience in .NET, C#, React, Multiple Cloud Environments, Terraform is a big plus, but not required What You'll Do • Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers across DevOps, SRE, and platform • Own the infrastructure roadmap and scalability strategy • Guide incident response, SLAs/SLOs, and platform reliability metrics • Optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and engineering leaders • Drive infrastructure automation, observability, and compliance What's In It For You • $170-$210k Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO • Meaningful equity package • 100% remote (US-based) • Medical, dental, and vision (50-80% company-covered) • 401(k) program (eligible after 3 months) • Unlimited PTO So, if you are an Engiener Manager with experience, please apply today!
