The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the industrial automation sector, developing strategic relationships with key clients, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in the industrial automation market. • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance. • Identify and establish relationships with key customers and decision-makers in target industries. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Utilize CRM tools, such as SalesForce, to track sales performance and customer interactions effectively. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions and promotional materials. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and maintain long-term relationships. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the industrial automation sector. • Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, HMI, SCADA, robotics, and motion control. • Experience with industrial networking and related technologies. • Proficient in using CRM software, especially SalesForce, for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance and exceed targets.
