Real Estate Attorney Real Estate Attorney - Bethesda, MD A respected Bethesda law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development. Bar admission a plus) • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions • Strong understanding of real estate finance, title, and land use matters • Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents • Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously with attention to detail • Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities • Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, loan documents, and related agreements • Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review • Advise clients on real estate development, land use, and regulatory compliance • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and local government agencies • Provide legal counsel to developers, investors, landlords, and tenants • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive client service - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
