Project Manager - Commercial Doors & Hardware (REMOTE) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our Commercial Doors & Hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of commercial doors and hardware specifications. Key Responsibilities • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial doors and hardware projects. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and address any issues that arise. • Utilize Comsense software to manage project documentation and hardware specifications. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial doors and hardware industry. • Strong knowledge of Division 8 (Commercial Doors) and Division 10 specifications. • Familiarity with Doors and Toilet Partitions is a plus. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in using project management software, preferably Comsense or Software for Hardware.
