Project Manager Position Overview Commercial Door Experience Required We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive our projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience managing commercial projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned. • Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure successful outcomes. • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding project status and updates. • Utilize project management tools and software such as Comsense, and ProTech for tracking project progress. • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly in Division 8. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a commercial setting. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, particularly Avaware, Comsense, and ProTech. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Solid understanding of Division 8 in the construction industry. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
