Project Manager, Utilities Position Overview We are a reputable, established Civil Construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage utility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil project management with a focus on utilities, and with experience with wet utilities in particular. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for utility-related projects. • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project compliance and communication. • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and challenges. • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet project goals. • Ensure all safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee the procurement process for project materials and resources. • Manage project risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution. Qualifications • Must have experience with wet utilities projects. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the utilities sector, with a focus on civil projects. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Familiarity with wet utilities, infrastructure, water, sewer, storm drain, wastewater, and rainwater systems is preferred. • Experience in commercial construction and construction management is a plus. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
