Project Manager Civil Engineering Project Manager Civil Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. For this position we are open to candidates that may be relocating. Open to a Senior PM candidate as well with targeted compensation at $135-150K. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. • Review civil design plans and specifications using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines. • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for public and private sector projects. • Oversee various projects including land development, municipal design, and commercial projects. • Manage project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or ability to obtain via reciprocity if relocating. • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software. • 6+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management. • Strong understanding of civil design principles and practices. • Experience in public AND/OR private sector projects. • Experience with land development AND/OR municipal projects. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to prepare budget and cost estimates for projects. • Knowledge of feasibility reports and project development processes.
