Project Manager - Architecture | Design Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Architecture and Design to lead complex architectural projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, design, and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resource allocation and risk management. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design development and project presentations. Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all parties involved. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Professional certification such as AIA or NCARB is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture and design industry. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software. Strong understanding of complex project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in managing sports and large-scale complex projects is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
