Production Supervisor (Food MFG) Production Supervisor opening in Fort Worth TX • Fort Worth TX • 1st Shift • 6AM-6PM (2-2-3 schedule) • $75k-$80k+ • Bonus • Non-Union Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in the food industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high quality standards, and lead a team to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules. • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to promote a positive and productive work environment. • Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and quality, implementing strategies for continuous improvement. • Coordinate with other departments, including Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations. • Manage inventory levels and optimize resource utilization to reduce waste and improve profitability. • Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the fast-paced manufacturing industry. • Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing systems, and quality control. • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is preferred. • Experience with assembly, bottling, and packaging operations is a plus. • Certification in Six Sigma or TPS is desirable. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
