Job Title: Senior Manager or Director Personal Tax Advisory Location: Florida (Hybrid ANYWHERE in Florida with occasional visits to offices throughout Florida) Salary: $130K -$170K Requirements: - 7+ years relevant experience, Masters preferred, Looking for someone ready to "Build Out" our Personal Tax Advisory team for our High Net Worth Individual clients, be a true firm-wide resource and SME, and very tech savvy. The Tax Senior Manager will be highly experienced in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning. Experience in the area of International Tax Planning and Compliance for individuals is highly desired. The individual will be highly motivated and organized, and able to manage multiple client engagements at one time. What You Need for this PositionMUST HAVES • Have CPA • Should have a portable book of business to discuss • Have 7+ years related experience; advanced degree preferred. • Possess leadership skills to manage and mentor teams. • Provide timely client service and be responsive to client expectations. • Possess a working knowledge of flow-through entity taxation rules. • Be experienced in tax research. • Be engaged in business development activities. • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Have working knowledge of tax preparation and tax planning software as well as Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of operating systems. • Experience in International Tax Planning and Compliance for individuals is preferred.
