Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven National Account Executive to join our team in the Clean Room and Critical Space Maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and establishing long-term relationships with clients across various industries that require clean room services. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base in the clean room maintenance sector. • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, focusing on lead generation, prospecting, and business development. • Manage existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients, emphasizing the value of our clean room maintenance services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's services to potential clients. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of sales success in account management, preferably in facilities services or clean room maintenance. • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with experience in lead generation and prospecting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
