Title: MEP Project Manager - Full Service General Contractor Location: Livonia, MI 48150 Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 + Bonus Founded in 1977, we are a full-service GC headquartered in Livonia, MI. Operating from a 114,000 sq ft facility we employ 700+ professionals and specializes in steel fabrication, equipment installation, and industrial construction for Fortune 500 clients. We're looking to hire a MEP Project Manager with a good background in our industry to join the team. What You Will Be Doing • Lead full-cycle MEP scope execution on industrial and automotive projects exceeding $10M, from preconstruction through commissioning • Coordinate with in-house steel fabrication and equipment installation teams to align MEP deliverables with structural milestones • Manage subcontractor performance across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical trades with strict adherence to our zero-injury safety culture • Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and Revit, ensuring constructability and field accuracy • Drive schedule integrity using Primavera P6, proactively resolving MEP delays and integrating with civil and structural timelines What You Need For This Position • 7+ years of MEP project management experience in industrial or automotive construction, with direct field oversight • Proven expertise in interpreting complex MEP shop drawings and integrating with structural steel and concrete scopes • Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD MEP, and Procore for document control and field coordination • Strong working knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, and NEC codes, with ability to lead compliance audits and inspections • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and client-facing meetings What's In It For You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
