We are a largely privately-owned company in the consumer products industry. We have our products at stores nationwide and are growing! As a Maintenance Technician, you will be working directly with the Maintenance Engineering team and will be responsible for participating in the daily operations of the maintenance repair team, completing repairs as they arrive, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance. We are looking to add several Maintenance Staff(Senior/Lead/Supervisor/Technician-level) to our team, who will work out of our Montgomery, IL manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities • Conduct preventative and reoccurring maintenance on various manufacturing or production machinery • Ensure safety and company compliance while preforming repairs • Answer and perform work orders in a timely manner • Install, teardown, set up, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance • Perform instrumentation and calibration of manufacturing equipment • Perform maintenance on electrical machinery of 480v or lower • Perform maintenance throughout the manufacturing plant including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, conveyors, production machinery equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more Qualifications • Experience with mechanical, electrical repairs, various equipment repairs in a manufacturing plant or industrial facility • 3+ years of manufacturing or production machine maintenance experience • Experience with maintenance repair, preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, health & safety compliance • Experience with electrical, high(480V)/low voltage • Experience with troubleshooting with machine teardowns, rebuilds, and performing preventative maintenance • Basic knowledge of PLC's troubleshooting, fundamentals, and preventative maintenance • Experience with instrumentation and calibration of manufacturing equipment • Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, compressors, and other various systems in a manufacturing plant • Experience with various manufacturing production machinery (conveyors, packaging equipment, etc) Benefits • Great Company Culture + Collaborative Work Environment • Competitive base salary + Annual Bonus % + OT Hourly differential • PTO, Sicktime, Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision Plans • 401k Match • Life & Disability Insurance • Career growth opportunities & more!
