Maintenance Mechanic - Food Title: Maintenance Mechanic I, II, & III - Bakery Location: Denver, CO (80216) Hourly Pay: $34 - $43 Shift: We are hiring for all shifts. Schedule includes Weekends. • 1st Shift - 6AM-2:30PM • 2nd Shift - 2PM - 10:30PM • 3rd Shift - 10PM - 6:30AM Founded in the late 1990's, we are a leading producer of fresh baked goods with over 60 bakeries nationwide. Our portfolio includes some of the most recognized brands in the U.S. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Denver, CO. What You Will Be Doing • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on bakery production equipment, boilers, and refrigeration systems. • Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment. • Rebuild complex components using equipment drawings / specs. • Modify and create CMMS work orders based on production needs. • Troubleshoot 480Vac and low-voltage control systems. • Supervise electrical system modifications and installations. • Fabricate and modify parts; Weld mild and stainless steel. • Conduct preventative maintenance on pneumatic / hydraulic systems. What You Need For This Job • Proven experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing or bakery environments. • Strong mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills. • Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulics. • Wiring, Conveyors, Preventative Maintenance. • Ability to work independently and in teams. • Familiarity with CMMS and inventory systems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
