Maintenance Manager • Day Shift* • Profit Share* Position Overview The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role is responsible for implementing maintenance strategies that enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for manufacturing equipment and facilities. • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers. • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability. • Monitor maintenance budgets and control expenditures to optimize costs. • Coordinate and oversee installation and repair of equipment as needed. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. • Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvements. • Manage CAPEX projects related to maintenance and equipment upgrades. • Communicate with insurance companies and vendors to set up capital investments. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus. • Familiarity with automation processes and technologies. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Experience working with insurance companies and vendors. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
