Position Overview The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations within the food processing facility, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. The role is pivotal in maintaining production capabilities while adhering to safety and quality standards in the food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure high availability of all production equipment • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery and food production equipment • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training • Coordinate with production managers to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules • Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for necessary maintenance supplies • Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Qualifications • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in the food processing or manufacturing industry • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Experience with bakery equipment and food production machinery • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering preferred • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in food manufacturing Benefits • Annual Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Employee discounts • Career development and training • Leadership growth opportunities • Safe and clean work environment Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
