Job Captain/Project Coordinator - HCAI | OSHPD Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Job Captain/Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing healthcare architectural projects in compliance with HCAI and OSHPD standards, ensuring that all project documentation and coordination meet the required guidelines and timelines. Key Responsibilities • Lead project coordination efforts for healthcare architecture projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations. • Prepare and oversee construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all project plans. • Utilize Revit and BIM software for project modeling and documentation. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution. • Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues that arise during construction phases. • Review and approve construction documents and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements and design intent. • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, monitoring project performance against established metrics. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare architecture. • Strong understanding of HCAI and OSHPD regulations and standards. • Proficiency in Revit and BIM software for project documentation and modeling. • Experience in construction documentation and knowledge of AIA contract documents. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
