International Tax Director Position Overview The International Tax Director will lead and manage the global tax strategy, focusing on compliance and planning for international tax matters. This role is pivotal in providing guidance on foreign tax reporting, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations while optimizing the company's tax position. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities. • Manage compliance with foreign tax reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of tax returns. • Provide guidance on international tax matters to senior management and various departments. • Monitor changes in international tax laws and assess their impact on the organization. • Collaborate with external advisors and auditors on tax-related issues. • Lead and mentor the international tax team, fostering a high-performing work environment. • Conduct tax research and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in international tax, with a focus on foreign tax reporting. • Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
