Industrial Project Manager - Construction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee construction projects within various sectors, including manufacturing, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and industrial project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution. • Develop project plans, specifications, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures throughout the construction process. • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial projects. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, construction, and industrial processes. • Experience in managing projects within the food and beverage, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements in construction. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
