HVAC Service Manager HVAC Service Manager Position Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Manager to oversee our HVAC service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of technicians in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions. This role requires a strong background in HVAC systems and exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of the HVAC service department • Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians to ensure high standards of service • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for equipment and parts • Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues • Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts Qualifications • Proven experience as a Service Manager in the HVAC industry • Valid EPA certification, preferably EPA 608 • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and customer service skills - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
