Group Product Manager Group Product Manager Salary: up to $210,000 with excellent benefits and time off Location: if local then one day a week onsite, if not local then remote, preference for Pacific Coast time zone We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-driven cancer risk solutions. This role oversees the development of an integrated suite of products combining clinical risk models, imaging-derived insights, and programmatic pathways to advance early detection and personalized patient management. Responsibilities: • Own the product vision and roadmap for cancer risk solutions and drive alignment across engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams. • Lead end-to-end product development, defining requirements and guiding multiple teams toward high-quality, timely releases. • Engage regularly with clinicians, radiologists, and program managers to validate product direction and enhance user value. • Partner with sales and marketing on pricing, positioning, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. • Monitor product performance and define KPIs to support data-driven decision making. • Mentor product managers and contribute to a strong, mission-driven product culture. Requirements: • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in healthcare AI, radiology, digital health, or regulated software (SaMD). • Proven success managing the full product lifecycle for complex, high-impact clinical or regulated products. • Strong understanding of imaging cancer screening, risk models, and imaging workflows. • Technical fluency in AI/ML, data pipelines, and clinical system integration. • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Analytical, customer-focused, and commercially minded approach. Preferred: • Experience with breast cancer risk tools (e.g., BI-RADS, Gail, Tyrer-Cuzick), global regulatory pathways (FDA, CE, MDR), AI-based imaging, or managing product teams.
