Job Overview: As a Project Manager you will lead high-profile glazing projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee multiple commercial glazing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors, serving as their primary point of contact. Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including engineers, drafters, and field staff, to ensure seamless communication and execution. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including material procurement, labor costs, and change orders. Scheduling: Create and monitor project schedules to meet critical deadlines. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks. Problem Solving: Address and resolve project challenges promptly, maintaining a focus on solutions and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred). 3-5+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing or a closely related industry. Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and construction documentation. Strong understanding of glazing systems, materials, and installation processes.
