Position Overview The Fire Protection Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and coordination of fire protection services for our clients. This position is responsible for supporting the account management team in delivering high-quality fire safety solutions, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing project coordination to meet service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the fire protection sector. • Coordinate fire protection service schedules and ensure timely completion of services. • Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide accurate information and support for client inquiries. • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. • Prepare and maintain documentation related to service agreements, project plans, and client communications. • Support the sales team by providing insights on client needs and potential new service opportunities. • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for client meetings. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in fire protection, fire safety, or a similar service environment. • Background experience in Account Managers, Service Coordinators, Project Coordinators, Sales Assistants • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to multitask. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. • Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
