We are seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee field service technicians and service coordinators who install, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized equipment, components, and systems. This role requires a commitment to upholding the organization's reputation for outstanding customer service and driving excellence within the Service department. Specialties: Rotary Die Cutter, Digital Printing, Corrugated Packaging Equipment, Lead Edge Feeder, Box Plant Machinery Solutions, MicroGrind Die Cut Accuracy System, Flexo Print Solutions, Flexo Folder Gluer, Ink Systems, Retrofits and Upgrades, Converting, and Largest Parts Inventory What You Will Be Doing • Lead and support a team of coordinators and field service technicians delivering technical support to current and prospective customers • Manage onboarding, training, and daily workload allocation for the field service team • Assign service jobs based on technician availability and skillset to ensure optimal workflow • Develop and maintain a 24/7 service coverage schedule aligned with business needs • Participate in cross-functional meetings related to service billing, production, warranty claims, and equipment installations • Ensure accurate cost estimates for service jobs and machine installations What You Need for this Position • 3+ years as a Field Service Manager/Supervisor leading a team of technicians • BS in Engineering or similar field • Experience within the corrugated industry or related field • Experience with corrugated concepts, principles and machinery • Experience with ERP AND CRM systems (Epicor and Salesforce is a plus) • Strong electrical/mechanical background dealing with electromechanical machinery Benefits • $110,000 - $140,000 + 12% annual bonus + holiday bonus • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with yearly allocations • Relocation package in the form of a sign-on bonus • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan with company match • Wellness program • Education assistance • Employee assistance program (EAP) Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
