We specialize in providing climate control in our data centers and are continuing to expand all over the U.S. and beyond! Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Embedded C/C++ Engineer to join our innovative team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software solutions for a variety of applications, utilizing your expertise in real-time operating systems and microcontroller programming. Any experience designing controllers for any application would be a PLUS! Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software applications using C and C++. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Implement firmware solutions for microcontrollers and other embedded systems. • Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of embedded systems to ensure optimal performance. • Utilize version control systems (GIT) for software development and documentation. • Perform unit testing and integration testing to validate software functionality. • Document software specifications, designs, and test results according to industry standards. • Participate in Agile development methodologies, attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience in embedded software development using C and C++. • Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller programming. • Strong debugging skills and experience with debugging tools. • Knowledge of version control systems, specifically GIT. • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle. • Solid understanding of unit testing and hardware interface design. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
