Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize every aspect of our end-to-end operations-from procurement and production to quality and logistics. In this pivotal role, you'll drive operational excellence while ensuring flexibility for our custom-built, high-mix thermal control products. You'll build systems and teams that scale with our growth and strengthen the core of what makes PEPI exceptional: engineering agility, product reliability, and customer trust. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer responsiveness • Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and facilities • Align production planning and procurement with the demands of customized, low-to-medium volume orders • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven decision-making • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Quality to ensure seamless product delivery • Optimize resource allocation, equipment utilization, and facility performance • Establish KPIs and reporting structures to drive accountability and track success • Lead talent development within the operations team to build future leaders Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within a manufacturing environment • Strong understanding of high-variation, build-to-order production models • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and scaling operation Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
