Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of various construction projects, particularly in the commercial, retail or education sectors. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing resources and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met. • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and implement solutions promptly. • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and outcomes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on K-12, retail, and commercial projects. • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
