Class Action Project Manager - Consumer and/or Data Breach Position Overview The Class Action Project Manager will oversee consumer and data breach-related class action lawsuits, ensuring effective management of all project phases from initiation to settlement. This role is crucial for coordinating between legal, client services, and settlement services teams to deliver outstanding results for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously • Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timely status reports to clients and executive management, upcoming deadlines, status of delegated tasks, achievement of milestones, and more • Manage the client relationship by communicating effectively, setting reasonable expectations, and meeting all necessary deadlines • Lead claimant communication and claim review processes • Coordinate and collaborate with internal colleagues and vendors and business partners in the flawless execution of projects • Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and notice & administration plans • Participate in and coordinate with others to process, de-duplicate, normalize, optimize, and analyze large amounts of data, and prepare and distribute reports • Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other required documents • Establish and execute adjudication policies and procedures to ensure proper payment of claims and placement in appropriate program • Identify and resolve problems resulting from claims adjudication • Oversee the preparation of client invoices, reviewing each to ensure compliance with project budgets Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in consumer cases and/or data breach cases. • Strong understanding of consumer law and data breach regulations. • Experience with settlement services and managing complex claims processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal scenarios.
