• This is with a Public Accounting Firm and requires Public Accounting experience as well as an active CPA license* Job Title: Audit Manager Job Location: Hybrid in Dallas Job Salary: $135k a-$160k (DOE) Requirements: 5+ Years of Public Accounting Audit Experience Audit Manager Position Overview The Audit Manager will oversee the audit process for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. This role is critical in providing insightful analysis and guidance to our clients on their financial practices and will lead a team of auditors to deliver high-quality audit services. Key Responsibilities • Plan and oversee the audit process for client engagements. • Manage and lead audit teams to ensure efficient and effective audits. • Review and analyze audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy. • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships. • Stay current on industry trends and developments to advise clients appropriately. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • CPA certification required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audits. • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing audit teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
